An Introduction to the @as-pect/core package

The following apis are used by the core package, so that bootstrapping your tests can be a breeze. The AssemblyScript written in the @as-pect/assembly package is designed and coupled to this package, only split to designate a clear distinction of responsibility.

Normally, users will not use this package directly, and instead will opt to use the @as-pect/cli package to bootstrap their tests from the command line.
